Extremely wide input volt range
Compared with traditional pump inverters, TP solar pump inverters have a buildin boost topology at the input end, which brings extremely wide input voltage range of 150-800V. It can support a minimum of five standard panels to build a three-phase solar pump system, which greatly reduces the construction cost and design difficulty of solar pump system.
Extend pump life
Rated voltage of three-phase pump is mainly 380V, the premise of inverter to output a 380V driving voltage is that its DC bus volt reaches 380*1.414 = 540Vdc.
Solar panel MPP volt is 31V, and it will decrease when temperature rise. In summer, when temperature reaches 35℃, MPP volt will drop to about 26V. This means that even a traditional solar pump system consisted of 20 panels, it is also impossible to ensure an output rated driving volt of 380V, which causes the pump to work long hours under low voltage and large current, shorten pump life. This problem is more serious in small power pump systems with a small quantity of panels.
TP solar pump inverter has a buildin boost topology. Constant voltage control of 560Vdc is applied for DC bus and VF control for inv. It can ensure that the pump operates at full load with rated 380V and prolong the pump life.
Ultra long life of inverter
Inverter operating principle is by buidin three phase full bridge topology components such as IGBT high frequency on-off, which convert input DC voltage to AC voltage and drive the pump. In this process, the IGBT device itself will cause loss and heating. Traditional inverter use fan cooling, generally, fan life is 3-5 years and need regular maintenance.
TP inverter uses fanless design with large size full aluminum heat sink, designed life time up to 15+ years and maintenance-free.

Selection steps
1. Confirm head and flow: Vertical distance between pump position and water outlet is the head, flow is daily water consumption.
2. Confirm pump power: According to the head and flow.
3. Determine inverter model: According to the pump power.
4. Determine solar panel: Solar panel power is equal to the pump power in general application, 1.2--1.5 times the pump power if particularly large water consumption
